Forge Proposal Simulator now has a home on the web outside of GitHub.

FPS is a Foundry framework for simulating governance proposals before they execute on-chain. It supports Multisig, Timelock, Governor Bravo, and OZ Governor out of the box, with mainnet examples from Arbitrum, Compound, Optimism, and ENS.

Write your governance proposal as Solidity code. Simulate the full lifecycle, of deployment, proposal, and post execution validation against a fork of mainnet. FPS catches bugs before they reach the chain, and can catch subtle governance supply chain attacks too through calldata verification.

FPS is fully open source under the MIT license. You can find it on GitHub.

What’s new

We raised over $1,100 from 20 contributors through our Giveth campaign. 100% of funds go directly to development. FPS is maintained as a public good, and community support keeps it that way.

We purchased forgeproposalsimulator.com and built the site you’re reading now. A proper home for documentation links, updates, and this blog.

We created @forgepropsim on Twitter for project updates.

We’ve applied to DSS at Devcon to give a talk about FPS. The talk covers the governance simulation problem, how FPS approaches it, and lessons learned from protocols using it in production.
